Frederic has over 7 years’ experience, and a substantial track record, of institutional-grade commercial real estate transactions, underpinned by strong fundamentals in financial analysis, negotiation and client coverage.

Frederic’s core objective is originating and underwriting direct real estate investment opportunities that meet the return and risk requirements for Alceon’s investors.

Having worked on $3b in transactions across office, retail and healthcare real estate sectors, Frederic previously spent time at Savills and most recently Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate Director in the Capital Markets team in Sydney.

Frederic holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Queensland.
