Andrew Fatin

Andrew Fatin has over 25 years of experience in property structured finance, including corporate finance and bond market securitisation transactions.

Prior to joining Alceon, Andrew spent 3 years in the Babcock & Brown real estate business, including establishing the Western Australian office and a number of WA based property sector joint ventures.

Before Babcock & Brown, Andrew spent 2 years with NM Rothschild & Sons in structured property finance, and 9 years with Lend Lease Corporation in various roles including group treasury and project & structured finance.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Australia and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
