David Gribble

David Gribble has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, operating primarily in principal investing and corporate advisory functions, in both Australasia and the UK, which has followed an early career in the property industry.  David started his career as a structural design engineer and project manager before transitioning into the financial services industry via an MBA.  His principal investing experience spans a wide range of sectors and investment structures, across the capital structure spectrum, including many complex and landmark transactions.

Prior to joining Alceon, David was a Partner at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he founded and ran the balance sheet investing business in Australia and New Zealand, and later also ran the Private Credit investing business in Asia.  Prior to Goldman Sachs, David held senior positions at Morgan Stanley and Lend Lease.

David holds a Master of Business Administration from London Business School, and a Bachelor of Structural Engineering from the University of Auckland.
