Our story

Alceon was founded in 2010 by a team of experienced investment professionals who envisioned a more personal, principled, and aligned approach to private capital. That belief continues to shape how we hire, how we invest, and how we work.

Today, our team comprises more than 100 specialists across investment, finance, operations and distribution — spanning the front line to the middle office. We leverage deep experience, a shared commitment to discipline, and a high-accountability culture that’s built to last.
